My high gloss enamel paintings explore objects and the visualization of the energy fields that surround them. I take the object out of its literal setting and place it in an alternative abstracted environment of color, marks and optical effects. These paintings progress intuitively, where objects and marks accumulate in no predefined manner but instead grow through a process of balancing one against the other.
